We get a lot of enquiries about where to start and what are the most nutritious sprouts you can grow and eat.  We have succumbed to these demands and have put together a quick list of our favourite varieties to sprout along with some peer reviewed articles to back up the info we are sharing.   We are not medical professionals and don't in any way claim to be.
