Good Gut Gremolata

Gremolata is one of our favourite ways to add some zing to sprouts. Using 4 Ingredients and 5 minutes of your time, you can make an incredibly fresh and delicious herby condiment that goes with pretty much everythign!
Handful of sprouts - we used Good Gut Mix but use any sprouts you like!
3 - 4 cloves of garlic
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper
Finely chop the parsley using a sharp knife. Add to a bowl
Zest your lemon and add the juice from half into the parsley
Grate or finely chop your garlic and add to the bowl
Roughly chop your sprouts and add to the bowl
Add a very generous glug of olive oil.
Season to taste with salt and pepper and mix well. Add more lemon juice if required. You want the gremolata to sing of lemon and garlic!
