This dishwasher safe jar will look great on your countertop and keep your sprouts looking and tasting fresh.

Our stainless steel sprouting lid set ensures your sprouts are kept fresh and healthy.

The surgical steel fine mesh is anti rust and suitable for even the smallest of seeds.

Our widemouth lids allow for optimal airflow while allowing for efficient and effective drainage.

The adjustable stand lets you achieve the perfect angle to hit that sweet spot of perfect airflow and drainage, which are the most important factors in keeping your sprouts fresh, healthy and delicious!

Contains 1 x 1.5litre sprouting jar and 1 x stainless steel sprouting lid and strand

Sanitising instructions:

Boiling Method:

Place your jars and lids in a large pot
Cover jars with hot ( but not boiling) water
Bring to the boil
Once boiling, leave for 10 minutes
Turn off heat and leave to cool
Leave in the jars submerged until you are ready to use

Dishwasher Method:

If you have a high temperature setting on your dishwasher, at least 80°C, you can simply run your jars and sprouting lids through an intensive hot cycle. Wash the jars with hot soapy water first.

Oven Method:

Preheat oven to 140°C
Wash your jars with hot soapy water and rinse but do not dry. (Do not sanitise lids using this method. )
Place your jars on a baking tray, ensuring they are not touching each other, and pop them in the oven mouth side up for 20 - 30 minutes.
Handle with care and use once cooled.
You can sterilise your lids by placing them in simmering water for 10 minutes.
