Nasturtium is normally seen in bright colourful garden borders or trailing from hanging baskets but it makes a delicious and eye catching microgreen. When grown as a microgreen we are only after there round saucer like leaves rather than the flowers. Nasturtium leaves have a beautiful spicy flavour and look absolutely stunning on a plate.
