Pink Beets have neon pink stems. Beetroot can be a more challenging microgreen to grow due to it’s hard inedible seed hull which needs to be removed before consuming. Beet greens are highly nutritious with a distinctive earthy flavor, and crunchy yet juicy texture.
We don’t recommend sprouting beet seeds in a jar due to it’s tough seed hull
