Peas grow tall and fast and are a staple crop grown for the restaurant industry. After 12 days they send out long tendrils which are great for garnishing. Pea shoots produce a large crop or fresh, sweet, juicy pea flavoured stems and are great in sandwiches or sauteed as a side dish.
Peas can be grown as both microgreens and sprouts.
